Challenge

Onboarding was the bottleneck killing Dermis's ability to scale.

Every new clinic required 36 hours of manual work. Treatment menus extracted and standardised. Reward tiers, offers, and program logic configured by hand. Branding sourced and applied manually for every clinic. Communication cycles between the Dermis team and each new account added days to every deployment.

This bottleneck had compounding consequences. Sales could not close faster than operations could onboard. Per-clinic onboarding costs scaled linearly with headcount. The team was capped at 25 new clinics per month. Not because of demand. Because of bandwidth.

Dermis did not need a faster team. They needed infrastructure that eliminated the workload, not the workforce.
